What do I need to use your service?
An internet connection, our streaming box, and a television or monitor that supports HDMI
Do you have the channel I want?
With over 5,000 channels from all over the globe, chances are VERY high that we have whatever channel you are looking for. However, if you would like to be certain, shoot us a message and we will let you know!
Why is this so cheap?
Since we don’t have to pay for cabling on poles, or satellites orbiting the planet, our overhead is MUCH lower. We can pass those savings directly to you. Plus there are no FCC taxes on streaming services, so more money back in your pocket!
Streaming Box
Can I watch on my phone/tablet/computer?
Unfortunately no. The content is formatted in a specialized format and needs specific hardware to decode and display on your television. You must use one of our streaming boxes to watch the content.
Do you have DVR?
Yes, you can use a DVR feature. The streaming box has a USB port on it and you can plug in a thumb drive and configure the MyTV Online 3 app to record for favorite content!
Can I load other apps?
Yes! The streaming box runs Android TV OS so you can go to the app store and load additional applications!
Billing
Do I have to sign a contract?
No! We have pre-paid plans only. You can pay for a month, a quarter, or a half year. The longer plan you choose, the bigger the discount. However, even with the least discounted plan, we are still much cheaper than any alternative!
How can I pay?
You can pay by either credit card or by linking to your bank account for direct debit. Linking to your bank account offers additional discounts since we don’t have to pay transaction fees.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We have both a refer-a-friend program as well as an affiliate program. Contact us and let us know which one you are interested in.
